I’ve been there.
Three years ago, I was exactly where you are now.
I rarely intentionally exercised, and nutrition had no priority in my life. This quickly reflected in many aspects of my life: physical appearance, energy, mental health, confidence, and overall direction in life.
I reached a point where I knew I couldn’t continue down that path. Change was necessary, but the truth is, I didn’t know where or how to start—and it showed.
Despite losing a significant amount of weight in 2021/2022, my fear of regaining it led to crash dieting. This created a vicious cycle: stagnation in progress, lack of muscle growth, unmet protein goals, and a distorted body image.
It wasn’t until my first muscle growth phase that I learned real growth comes from pushing through discomfort. That’s when I finally saw the results I wanted—both mentally and physically.
Now, I’ve surpassed my expectations and become more capable, confident, and happy than ever imagined.
Whether you challenge your boundaries or stay in old patterns will determine if you remain stuck or grow into a more empowered and confident version of yourself. It took me valuable time to gain that mindset and determination,
but it doesn’t have to take you as long.
